With a strong foundation in public service, legal studies, and early childhood education, Talei Enterprise is
dedicated to uplifting individuals, families, and communities through knowledge, advocacy, and support. Our mission is to help clients navigate needed services to assist in their growth, visions, and find their voice — one signature, one session, and one solution at a time.

Tamara L. Red is a proud Black woman entrepreneur, community advocate, and visionary educator with a mission to empower, uplift, and serve. As the CEO and Founder of Talei Enterprise LLC, Tamara brings over 12 years of business leadership and a legacy of advocacy
and education rooted in service and justice.
Tamara holds an Associate and Bachelor of Science degree in Law Enforcement, has completed one year of Paralegal Studies, and earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration. She is currently completing a Master of Science in Early Childhood Education with
Triple Teacher Licensure Endorsements, reflecting her deep commitment to early learning and equity in education.
In addition to leading Talei Enterprise, Tamara is also the President and Owner of Unlimited Red Expressions LLC and serves as the Director
of Unlimited Readiness Education at U.R.E. Home Daycare, a high quality early childhood program licensed in Danville, Illinois. Tamara
is a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) for children in Vermilion County, a role she has dedicated herself to for over 10 years,
passionately advocating for the rights and well-being of vulnerable youth. Beyond her professional achievements, Tamara is a devoted
mother of two sons and grandmother to three beautiful granddaughters. She is also a published writer and poet, authoring “Herstory:
Mahogany Essence Speaks”, where she shares her voice, vision, and lived experiences through powerful storytelling and poetry. Writing is not only her creative outlet but also a tool of transformation and healing.
